My wife and I met Chris in the lobby and immediately hit it off. All of our questions were answered, the time he spent with us going over all aspects of the CX-90 was unlimited. We explained our situation as to when we would be able to commit to purchase, which was about a week in between start to finish. Chris and Pine Belt did an excellent job.

We had a great experience with Pine Belt Mazda. After looking at several vehicles at other dealerships, we found a used vehicle at Pine Belt that had just had a price drop. I reached out by email and text and received quick, helpful responses.
We drove an hour to the dealership on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend and arrived just 10 minutes after closing. We've been using Pine Belt for several years. Chris was our salesman, who went above & beyond to fit our needs & make sure we were happy. We live an hour away and Chris brought the car & paperwork to us. We have always had a great experience with Pine Belt, but Chris made this the easiest & best experience ever. We have a Mazda dealership 10min away and we will always choose to go to Pine Belt Mazda everytime.
It was very easy to get an appointment on line for the next day. I arrived a few minutes late and the service writer was very kind about it and said don’t worry about it. He was able to get me in immediately. The service writer kept me abreast of everyone that was being done and even sent a video. There was no pressure to add on extra work. The job was completed quickly and the price was very fair. I recommend them without reservation.
My experience with Pinebelt Madza is generally good. The employees are polite and some very upbeat. The one thing that I encountered that I absolutely think they should nix is the Ai program for scheduling service. I called several times trying to contact the actual service desk at Madza only to be connected to
